Long-running Buddhist Genocide In Bangladesh

Buddhist refugees fleeing Bangladesh  for Burrma.
Last year, the Bangladeshi police themselves set fire to about 3,000 houses of minority Buddhist people in Chittagong Hill Tract. Most recently, the Bangladesh Army killed Romel Chakma, an indigenous student leader. He was only 18 and had one eye. The government forced the media to bury the news.

What is most perplexing is the silence of the international media and so-called humanitarian organisations. The Bangladesh government at present is carrying out atrocities against religious and ethnic minorities. Some foreign organisations helped me to flee to safety in Germany after nine of my colleagues were hacked to death by extremists.

Unfortunately, all the minorities of the country are not as fortunate. Last year, the police themselves set fire to about 3,000 houses of minority people. Most recently, the Bangladesh Army killed Romel Chakma, an indigenous student leader. He was only 18 and had one eye. The army decided to pour Kerosene over his dead body and set it on fire.

Kim The Mad Korean Bastard “Wants To End The World”

MANILA, April 29 (Reuters) - Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte on Saturday urged the United States to show restraint after North Korea's latest missile test and to avoid playing into the hands of leader Kim Jong Un, who "wants to end the world".

The notoriously blunt Duterte said the Southeast Asia region was extremely worried about tensions between the United States and North Korea, and said one misstep would be a "catastrophe" and Asia would be the first victim of a nuclear war.

The United States, Japan, South Korea and China, he said, were sparring with a man who was excited about the prospect of firing missiles. Duterte is current chairman of the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) and was due to speak by telephone to U.S. President Donald Trump later on Saturday. He said he would urge Trump not to get into a confrontation with Kim.

Direct Train From London Arrived China In 20 Days

The first freight train to link China directly to the UK arrived in the eastern Chinese city of Yiwu Saturday after covering over 12,000-kilometres (7,500 miles), making it the second-longest route in the world.

The freight train -- loaded with whisky, baby milk, pharmaceuticals and machinery -- departed London on April 10 and passed through France, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan during its 20-day trip before arriving in Yiwu in eastern Zhejiang province, a major wholesale centre for small consumer goods.

The journey is the latest effort in China's drive to strengthen trade links with western Europe along a modern-day "Silk Road" route. The world's top trading nation launched the "One Belt, One Road" strategy in 2013, and has since poured billions into constructing vast infrastructure links.

Muslims’ Refusal To Vaccinate Spreading Measles In US

Deadly measles was eradicated in US since 1960s but Somali
refugees are bringing back and spreading it again in US.
An outbreak of measles is sweeping through a community of Somali refugees in Minnesota and the growing number of cases may be starting to test the limits of the Hennepin County healthcare system.

According to reports from the health commissioner’s office, there are now 30 cases of children in Hennepin County who have been diagnosed with measles, and 28 of them are Somali children who have not been vaccinated. All of the cases involve children 5 years of age and younger.

What’s worse, the outbreak has now spread to Ramsey and Stearns counties, where two more cases have now been reported, making a total of 32 cases in Minnesota as of 1:15 p.m. Friday. The first Minnesota case was reported in March and has been steadily growing each week.

Another Obama Judge Blocking Trump Executive Order

Obam-appointed Judge Orrick blocked Trump EO.
A California judge on Tuesday blocked President Trump’s executive order that sought to withhold federal funds from so-called “sanctuary cities.”

The ruling from U.S. District Judge William Orrick III in San Francisco said that Trump's order targeted broad categories of federal funding for sanctuary governments, and that plaintiffs challenging the order were likely to succeed in proving it unconstitutional. The decision will block the measure for now, while the federal lawsuit works its way through the courts.

The news comes on the heels of the Department of Justice threatening on Friday to cut off funding to eight so-called “sanctuary cities,” unless they were able to provide proof to the federal government that they weren’t looking the other way when it came to undocumented immigrants.

Macron: The Manchurian Candidate & France’s Obama

The Grooming of a President for France has been in the making for a number of years. With Hollande’s approval consistently tanking, the shadows knew they needed to find someone younger, charismatic, a Socialist, someone whose greed and lust for power could easily be bought. And they found Emmanuel Macron.

He attended one of France’s most elite schools where he was trained in Civil Service, graduating in 2004. His biography states that in 2007, he served as deputy rapporteur for the Commission to improve French growth headed by Jacques Attali, Macron was 29. But the Commission wasn’t formed until 2008.  Obviously he is a bit ‘math challenged’.  The Commission report was heavily criticized for its proposal to ‘relaunch immigration’ and ‘open borders’… Attali was ridiculed and called a ‘globalist’. Sound like anyone we know?

Macron left the Commission, which was shelved September 2010, to work for Rothschilds & Cie Banque where he became an overnight millionaire while working the Nestle acquisition of Pfizer’s nutritional outlet, which closed in 2012.  Nestle is a client of Rothschilds.  Macron had no experience in acquisitions and mergers whatsoever. What does one do when one makes millions overnight?  Apparently one quits.

Le Pen Faces Macron In French Election Final Round

(CNN) Voters in France have comprehensively snubbed the country's political establishment, sending far-right populist Marine Le Pen and political novice Emmanuel Macron through to the second round of the country's presidential election.

With 97% of polling stations declared, newcomer Macron was leading the field with 23.9%. National Front leader Le Pen was close behind on 21.4%. The result upended traditional French politics as expected: Neither candidate hails from the establishment parties that have dominated the country for decades.

It was a stunning victory for Macron, 39, a former investment banker who has never before stood for elected office and now becomes the favorite to become France's next President. "We did it," he told jubilant supporters.

Stupid Turks Voted To Surrender Their Democracy

In a bitter irony, nearly 55 million Turks went to the ballot box on April 16 to exercise their basic democratic right to vote. But they voted in favor of giving away their democracy. The system for which they voted looks more like a Middle Eastern sultanate than democracy in the West.

According to unofficial results of the referendum, 51.4% of the Turks voted in favor of constitutional amendments that will give their authoritarian Islamist president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, excessive powers to augment his one-man rule in comfort.

The changes make Islamist President Erdogan head of government, head of state and head of the ruling party -- all at the same time. He now has the power to appoint cabinet ministers without requiring a confidence vote from parliament, propose budgets and appoint more than half the members of the nation's highest judicial body.

Second Muslim Doctor Charged With FGM In USA

(WJBK) - A second doctor has been arrested in connection with a female genital mutilation investigation in Detroit.

Fakhruddin Attar, 53, and his wife, Farida Attar, 50, of Livonia, were both arrested and have been charged with conspiring to perform female genital mutilations on minor girls out of Dr. Attar's medical clinic in Livonia. Both husband and wife were arrested Friday morning and are due in court later this afternoon.

Authorities say Dr. Attar owned Burhani Medical Clinic in Livonia, which is where a Detroit emergency room doctor who was arrested last week is accused of performing FGM on minor girls. Authorities say Dr. Attar's wife is employed at Burhani Medical Clinic as an office manager. Authorities believe the husband and wife arranged and assisted in the FGM procedures performed by the Detroit doctor, Dr. Jumana Nagarwala.

Dr. Attar's attorney, Mary Chartie, said that they weren't surprised they were arrested. "These are individuals who have no criminal history. They are upstanding members of the medical community and now they are being arrested and it's frightening for them," Chartie said. "He certainly wasn't shocked by the allegations because he knows the same allegation was made against [his colleague]."

Saint John Bosco’s Conversations On Islam

A translation by Rorate contributor Francesca Romana of the entire section on Islam  from “IL CATTOLICO, ISTRUITO NELLA SUA RELIGIONE, TRATTENIMENTI di un Padre di Famiglia co’ suoi Figliuoli, secondo I bisogni del tempo”. Epilogati dal Sac. Bosco Giovanni( Torino 1853). [Conversations with the Father of a Family and his beloved son,  summarized by priest Giovanni Bosco. (Turin, 1853)].

Father: Before talking to you about the religions separated at a certain point from the Roman Catholic Church, I want to draw your attention to the religions that do not have the characteristics of the divinity in them and which we call false religions. They range from Judaism to Idolatry, to Mohammedanism to the Christian sects professed by the Schismatic Greeks, Valdese, Anglicans and Protestants.

Regarding; Idolatry, I think there is no need to discuss this with you, since nowadays it does not exist, with the exception of  very few countries where the light of the Gospel has  still not penetrated. Regarding Judaism, I think I have already spoken sufficiently in the first part of these conversations. If you like, I’ll now tell you about the others, starting with Mohammedanism.

A Jesuit’s Reflection On Islam: Palm Sunday Bombings

In ten days, on Friday, April 28, Pope Francis will land in an Egypt still shaken by the massacres of Palm Sunday, carried out by Muslims in two Christian churches packed with faithful.

But the mantra of the Vatican authorities, starting with the pope, continues to be that “Islam is a religion of peace.” Absolutely forbidden to speak of a “war of religion” or “Islamic terrorism.”

“La Civiltà Cattolica” had tried once, in a 2014 editorial signed by Fr. Luciano Larivera, to let itself be overtaken by the reality and to write concerning the most warlike wing of the Muslim world: “Its is a war of religion and of annihilation. It exploits power for the sake of religion, and not the other way around.”

But Fr. Antonio Spadaro stepped in immediately to disown this simple truth that had inadvertently appeared in the magazine he edits. But in the run-up to Francis’s journey to Cairo it has emerged once again, developed in depth, this time in “L'Osservatore Romano” and once again by a Jesuit.

Medhi Hasan The House Muslim: Aung San Suu Kyi

AUNG SAN SUU KYI IS ONE of the most celebrated human rights icons of our age: Nobel Peace Laureate, winner of the Sakharov Prize, recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, an Amnesty International-recognized prisoner of conscience for 15 long years. These days, however, she is also an apologist for genocide, ethnic cleansing and mass rape.

For the past year, Aung San Suu Kyi has been State Counselor, or de facto head of government, in Myanmar, where members of the Rohingya Muslim minority in the northern Rakhine state have been shot, stabbed, starved, robbed, raped and driven from their homes in the hundreds of thousands.

In December, while the world focused on the fall of Aleppo, more than a dozen Nobel Laureates published an open letter warning of a tragedy in Rakhine “amounting to ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity.”

Russian Terminators: Putin’s Robot Soldiers

Following the release of footage of a Russian-made robot firing handguns at targets, Russian officials have stated that they are not making a “terminator” robot. The UK Mirror reports that the robot, known as FEDOR – Final Experimental Demonstration Object Research – is part of Russias current developments in space exploration.

The robot is being developed by Android Technics and the Advanced Research Fund, initially with the aim to aid during rescue operations, however, now the robot is being considered to replace human engineers on the International Space Station.

A video of the robot released recently has made many question the application of these new machines as the android can be seen dual-wielding pistols and firing them at metal targets in the distance. This caused many people to assume that the robot was some sort of new military hardware designed to replace soldiers in the field.

Islam Allows Slow Muslim Men To Bash Their Wives?

Muslim bagheads Reem Allouche & Atika Latif on Facebook
encouraging slower Muslim men to bash their wives.
The Women of Hizb ut-Tahrir Australia publish a controversial video to Facebook wherein the participants appear to legitimise hitting women that are 'sinful' in the context of their interpretation of Islamic tradition.

The women, western Sydney primary school teacher Reem Allouche and Indian-born scholar Atika Latifi, also said that Muslim men have slower reaction times and no ability to multi-task but are physically stronger and obliged to be the leader in a marriage.

Mother Of All Bombs: Trump’s Easter Present To Islamists

One MOAB vaporised 92 Islamist terrorists in Afghanistan.
The U.S. military on Thursday dropped a massive 21,600-pound bomb in Afghanistan targeting Islamic State in Iraq and Syria fighters in a series of cave complexes. At 7:32 p.m., a U.S. MC-130 aircraft dropped the bomb – the U.S.’s largest non-nuclear bomb ever used in combat – in Achin district in the eastern province of Nangarhar, Afghanistan.

It was the first time the bomb, known as the GBU-43, or “Massive Ordnance Air Blast,” was used in combat. It has a yield of 11 tons of TNT, and is nicknamed the “Mother of All Bombs.” The bomb targeted ISIS’s Afghan affiliate, ISIS-Khorasan, “as part of ongoing efforts” to defeat the group in 2017, according to a statement from U.S. Forces – Afghanistan.

“The strike was designed to minimize the risk to Afghan and U.S. Forces conducting clearing operations in the area while maximizing the destruction of ISIS-K fighters and facilities,” the statement said.

First FGM Prosecution USA: Michigan Doctor Arrested

FGM doctor Nagarwala.
A Michigan doctor of Indian-Muslim origin was charged Thursday with performing female genital mutilation on minors in the first such case that falls under a U.S. law treating the practice as a felony offense, according to the Department of Justice.

Dr. Jumana Nagarwala of Northville, Mich., allegedly performed female genital mutilation on girls at a medical office in Livonia, Mich. According to the complaint, some of the victims, who were between the ages of 6 and 8, allegedly crossed state lines to have Nagarwala perform the procedure.

“According to the complaint, despite her oath to care for her patients, Dr. Nagarwala is alleged to have performed horrifying acts of brutality on the most vulnerable victims,” Acting Assistant Attorney General Kenneth Blanco said. “The Department of Justice is committed to stopping female genital mutilation in this country, and will use the full power of the law to ensure that no girls suffer such physical and emotional abuse.”

Rent Control Is Bad Economics But Good Politics

Decaying rundown flats in NYC due to rent control.
One needn’t read very much about public policy before coming across some statement to the effect that “bad economics makes good politics.” This statement is clearly untrue when good politics is defined as furthering mutually beneficial arrangements, as good economics is central to that task.

But the statement is often true when good politics is defined as attracting 50%-plus-one votes on some issue or candidate, which is a much different standard, leaving plenty of room for government-imposed harms to be imposed on citizens. Few issues reflect this divergence between “good” politics and bad economics more clearly than rent control.

One of the most universally accepted propositions among economists is that rent control produces a host of adverse social consequences with its large involuntary redistribution of wealth and suppression of market prices as communicators of information and incentives.

Saudi-funded HRW Defending The Muslim Brotherhood

(Washington, DC) – A US government designation of the Muslim Brotherhood as a foreign terrorist organization, which the Trump administration is reportedly considering, would threaten the rights to association of Muslim groups in the United States. Such a designation would also undermine the ability of the Muslim Brotherhood’s members and supporters to participate in democratic politics abroad.

“Designating the Muslim Brotherhood a ‘foreign terrorist organization’ would wrongly equate it with violent extremist groups like Al-Qaeda and the Islamic State and make their otherwise lawful activities illegal,” said Laura Pitter, senior US national security counsel at Human Rights Watch  (HRW). “The designation would also unfairly taint anyone alleged to be linked to the Muslim Brotherhood and undermine the exercise of its political rights abroad.”

A federal statute grants the secretary of state broad authority to designate any foreign entity a “foreign terrorist organization” once the State Department determines that it engages in “terrorist activity,” has the “capacity and intent” to do so, and that such actions threaten US nationals or US national security.

Unmasking Susan Rice Unmasked Obama’s Sabotage

Journalist and activist Mike Cernovich reports that former White House national security adviser Susan Rice obtained intelligence reports showing the identities of innocent Americans who incidentally spoke to foreign officials under security sweeps for spying or intelligence activities.

Under U.S. law, U.S. persons are protected from such disclosure, which could be dry cleaners asking envoys to pick up their laundry or wrong number phone messages spilling their guts about their mothers-in-law. If such U.S. persons get swept up in surveillance, they are protected.  But only if they remain "masked," which is the law of the land.

Cernovich says the White House counsel's office has confirmed that Rice was one of the few officials with the authority to make the requests to unmask the innocent Americans caught up in surveillance dragnets.  There was no national security reason to do so, but she did.

It makes a lot of sense if the aim is political, and White House spokesman Sean Spicer has pointed out that their goal was "to leak stuff."  Based on White House logs, she did, during the transition, back when angry miserable Obama White House officials frowned in a group photo for the cameras.

Trumpconomics: Deficit Shrank As Economy Grew Faster

Obama's nightmarish trade deficits are shrinking under Trump.
The U.S. trade deficit shrank by nearly 10 percent in February, hinting that the economy may be growing at a faster pace than many economists expect. The deficit fell to a seasonally adjusted $43.6 billion, lower than the $44.6 billion economists surveyed by the Wall Street Journal had expected. Exports rose 0.2 percent to $192.9 billion in February while imports declined 1.8 percent to $236.4 billion, the Department of Commerce said Tuesday.

The Trump administration has made the reduction of the trade deficit one of its central economic goals, describing our persistently large trade deficits as both an economic and security risk. February’s decline makes that goal easier to achieve.

Exports were boosted by improving economic conditions around the globe, as well as a rise in the value of several major currencies against the dollar. A weaker dollar makes American-made goods less expensive for foreign buyers. Exports of goods hit their highest level on record, after adjusting for inflation. Exports of services also rose. Overall, exports are 7.2 percent higher than they were a year ago.

Coercive Abortions Force US To Stop Funding UNFPA

UNFPA directly funding MSI abortion clinics.
UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) - The State Department said on Monday it was ending U.S. funding for the United Nations Population Fund, the international body's agency focused on family planning as well as maternal and child health in more than 150 countries.

In a letter to U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Bob Corker, the State Department said it was dropping the funding because the U.N. Population Fund (UNFPA) "supports, or participates in the management of, a program of coercive abortion or involuntary sterilization."

The cut marks U.S. President Donald Trump's first move to curtail funding for the United Nations and is likely to raise further questions about how deep those cuts will eventually go throughout the organization, where the United States is the top donor.

It comes after Trump in January reinstated the so-called Mexico City Policy that withholds U.S. funding for international organizations that perform abortions or provide information about abortion. Known by critics as the "global gag" rule, Trump broadened its scope to include all global health assistance in his Jan. 23 executive order that withholds at least half a billion dollars in U.S. funds. A lack of clarity around the rule, however, has left aid groups scrambling and both Republican and Democratic U.S. lawmakers seeking clarity.

“Nuclear Option” Awaits SCOTUS Gorsuch Vote In Senate

The Senate Judiciary Committee on Monday approved the nomination of Judge Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court, setting up a filibuster showdown with Democrats that’s likely to end with a rules change so explosive it’s been dubbed the “nuclear option.”

On a party line 11-9 vote, the Republican-controlled Judiciary panel acted to move Gorsuch’s nomination to the Senate floor. There, Democrats have pledged a filibuster that Republicans, in turn, have promised to end by eliminating the rule that requires 60 votes to end debate on a Supreme Court nomination.

“Here’s where we’re headed,” said Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C. “We’re headed toward a world where you don’t need one person from the other side to pick a judge.”

Are US & UK Leaving Muslim-Controlled UNHRC?

Saudi Arabia the head-chopper controls UNHRC. What a joke!
British Prime Minister Theresa May is making history from which there is no turning back in the effort to restore what she called “our national self-determination” after 44 years of British membership first of the EEC, the Common Market, and then of the European Union.

On March 29, 2017 she officially invoked Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty of December 2007 to start the Brexit process, withdrawal from the EU in accordance with the vote on the referendum on the issue on June 23, 2016, when 51.9% voted in favor of leaving the EU.

The Lisbon Treaty provides for a member state to withdraw from the EU in accordance “with its own constitutional requirements.” In view of the increasingly British criticism of the bias against Israel in United Nations bodies, especially the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC), perhaps Prime Minister May is considering invoking similar constitutional requirements to withdraw from them.

Certainly there are some indications of this possibility. The British government changed its vote on March 24, 2017 at the UNHRC meeting which issued a “perverse” resolution for allegedly mistreating Druze residents on the Golan Heights.

Just A Joke: NYC ID Card Won’t Get One Into Bars

WILLIAMSBURG — Nearly a year after its release, the city-issued municipal ID  (De Blasio-invented ID card for Illegal Aliens) is still generating confusion for thirsty New Yorkers who regularly get turned away from bars because it's not valid for alcohol purchase.

Luis, a Crown Heights resident from Peru who did not want to give his last name because of his (illegal) immigration status, said that for months he'd been using his city ID to get into his favorite Williamsburg haunts without any trouble. He was relieved not to have to tote around his passport, he said.

But on a recent Saturday night, the 37-year-old was first denied entrance at Hotel Delmano then at Union Pool because he only had the Muni ID he said. "I was like what's the problem here? The Muni ID is no longer a valid way to identify yourself and I have to go back and start using my passport?" he said. "It doesn’t make sense...it's very confusing."

Steven McEnrue, a manager at Macri Park on Union Avenue, said he's had to make it clear to staff they're not allowed to accept the ID as a valid proof of date of birth, even though it clearly states date of birth on the ID. McEnrue said he thought it was misleading that the government issued the ID, and then declared that it can not be used to purchase tobacco or alcohol, among other uses.

Chicago Issuing Municipal ID Card To Illegal Aliens

Rahm Emanuel Invents New ID to Ensure Illegals Get Their Welfare: Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel has moved forward with plans for a Chicago-only identification card specifically designed to ensure illegal aliens in the city can receive welfare benefits with minimal risk of repatriation.

The new program was unveiled at a Chicago City Council meeting on Wednesday, and it protects illegal aliens from federal oversight by not collecting any copies of identification documents presented when illegals apply for the identification card.

Emanuel, once President Barack Obama’s Chief of Staff, has been one of the loudest voices decrying Attorney General Jeff Sessions’s efforts to cut off federal funding for sanctuary cities like Chicago that refuse to cooperate in the enforcement of immigration laws.

Burma Army Rejects UN’s Intervention For Rohingyas

(News article direct from The IRRAWADDY and other sources on  28 March 2017.)

Burma Army Chief Min Aung Hlaing forcefully rejecting
UNHRC's intervention on Rohingya Muslims.
NAYPYIDAW — Burma Army Chief Snr-Gen Min Aung Hlaing has warned against what he described as a political intervention in Burma in the name of assisting the Rohingya.

The Burma Army chief, in his address on the 72nd Anniversary Armed Forces Day observed in the administrative capital Naypyidaw on Monday, reiterated that “Muslim Bengalis” did not belong to Burma, but were interlopers from Bangladesh—a reference to the self-identifying Rohingya community largely concentrated in Arakan State. The senior general said any international political intervention on the pretext of assisting refugees from this community would threaten Burma’s sovereignty.

According to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, more than 70,000 Rohingya have fled to Bangladesh following a crackdown by security forces in northern Arakan State, following coordinated attacks on border police outposts last October.
