Obama’s Dream Act: Invasion Of Million Latino Children

(Compilation of news articles from various sources in June 2014.)

Unaccompanied Latino minors in a Texas detention cell.
The number of unaccompanied children from the continent of South America into the U.S. has reached 90,000 since October, and expected to hit 140,000 by the end of this year. US Border Patrol is expecting nearly a million children some as young as three will enter US illegally in next three years.

The official story is that they are fleeing drug-gang mayhem and political violence in their home countries, and so are refugees and asylum-seekers. But the Guatemalan ambassador has said they are seeking economic opportunity and the “American dream.” Parents there are paying people-smugglers to take their kids to US now considered open-wide for illegal minors.

It’s hard, however, not to see a connection with Obama’s 2012 Deferred Action for Arrivals Program, which defers deportation for illegal aliens who are minors. Obama enacted by his unlawful Executive Order––and just recently extended for 2 years––this open invitation to illegal minors when Congress proved unwilling to pass his Dream Act legislation.

The children being smuggled into US by ruthless human smuggling gangs controlled by Mexican Drug Cartels are from every South American country. On their ways to the US southern border at Texas many of them were sexually and physically abused. Some are sold as sex-slaves and are even killed on their ways to US.

DREAM Act: Socialists’ Plan To Upend US Demography

The "DREAM" in the Obama’s DREAM Act of 2011 stands for "Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors." The proposed bill does not, as implied above, simply and automatically grant amnesty to all illegal aliens "residing in the United States if they agree to enlist in the U.S. military or enter college".

US population by race.
(Obama wants Latino majority.)
It allows the Secretary of Homeland Security to cancel the deportation of aliens and admit them to the U.S. for permanent residence on a conditional basis provided that they:

- Have been continuously present in the U.S. for five years.
- Were 15 years of age or younger when they initially entered the United States and are currently 35 years of age or younger.
- Have been persons of good moral character since initially entering the United States.
- Have not ordered, incited, assisted, or otherwise participated in the persecution of any person on account of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion.
- Have not been convicted of any offense under Federal or State law punishable by a maximum term of imprisonment of more than 1 year; or 3 or more offenses under Federal or State law, for which the alien was convicted on different dates for each of the 3 offenses and imprisoned for an aggregate of 90 days or more.

The Secretary of Homeland Security may later remove the conditional basis of the permanent residency status so granted to any alien provided that:

- The alien has been a person of good moral character during the entire period of conditional permanent resident status.
- The alien has not abandoned residence in the United States.
- The alien has acquired a degree from an institution of higher education in the United States (or has completed at least 2 years, in good standing, in a program for a bachelor's degree or higher degree in the United States) or has served in the Uniformed Services for at least 2 years (and, if discharged, received an honorable discharge).

The DREAM Act supported by the Obama Administration was introduced to the Senate by Democrat Senator Richard Durbin of Illinois in May 2011 and was referred to a judiciary subcommittee on 28 June 2011.

A similar bill was introduced to the House by Democrat Rep. Howard Berman of California and has likewise been referred to a judiciary subcommittee. The Republican’s hated Obama’s Dream Act so much that neither bill has even been voted upon, much less passed and enacted.

Although the DREAM Act has not been passed by Congress, in August 2011 the Obama administration announced it would begin using prosecutorial discretion in deportation cases along guidelines similar to those outlined in that proposed legislation.

Obama’s Lawlessness: Executive Order To Stop Deporting Illegals

The Obama administration announced that it would suspend deportation proceedings against the illegal immigrants who pose no threat to national security or public safety. The new policy is expected to help thousands of illegal immigrants who came to the United States as young children, graduated from high school and want to go on to college or serve in the armed forces.

In June 2012, President Obama announced a policy allowing non-legal residents who were brought to the U.S. as children to apply for renewable two-year deferrals protecting them from deportation proceedings:

The Obama administration issued a politically charged executive order that will make about 800,000 young people who were brought to the United States illegally as children safe from deportation proceedings, and may make them eligible for work permits.

The policy was announced by Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano. "Effective immediately, young people who were brought to the US through no fault of their own as children and who meet certain criteria will be eligible to receive deferred action for a period of 2 years and that period will be subject to renewal," she declared in June 2012.

Not just the kids but also thousands of dangerous teenage gang members too are entering US.
Under the executive order, individuals need to be at least sixteen years old and no older than thirty to be eligible for the deferred action policy. They need to have been brought to the United States before they turned sixteen and need to have resided in the country for at least five continuous years before their application. They also need to be currently in school, or to have graduated from high school or gotten a G.E.D., or have been honorably discharged from the military.

Whatever the limitations of eligibility for Obama’s program the message was simple and clear. Any minor already in US illegally or entering US illegally will not be arrested and deported, period. The gate to US is wide open as the first black president will not obey or enforce the immigration law.

So they come, the millions of Latino children from all over the miserable continent South America or Latin America.

Why Is Obama Doing that?

The answer is quite simple. To achieve absolute political power by reshaping the existing demography of US which is now deeply divided and polarised between the Left (Democrats - most colored-minorities and many whites) and the Right (Republicans - mainly whites and some colored-minorities).

To hold on to power constantly Obama-led Democrats need a large and reliable voting bloc and naturally-left-leaning Latinos are that voting bloc voting consistently for the left-leaning Democrats over the years.

More than 90% of Latino-Americans have consistently voted for Obama in both 2008 and 2012 presidential elections.

And as a Spanish-speaking Hispanic people the Latinos with extended blood connections back to the South-American Continent want two things dearly from Obama-led Democrats as a fair return for their votes.

First, the Latino-Americans residing legally already in US want US to provide amnesty to more than 20 million Latino illegals already living in US. And second, the Latino-Americans want US to open her doors to more Latinos so that they as a new majority-race will take-over and control the Unites States.

But the majority-whites Republicans will not let that to happen legally and constitutionally. That’s the reason the US Congress has soundly rejected Obama’s Dream Act. So our Barack Hussein Obama has thrown out the immigration laws he is supposed to uphold and enforce, and let the Latinos come in freely into the United States. He the first Black president and his colour-blind Socialists want the majority-white-Americans' rule toppled and the coloured-Americans to rule US.

Now the million Latino children some as young as three are on their merry way to the paradise on earth the United States of America. And they together with 20 million Latino illegals already in US will eventually tip the scale to Latino majority in US. At present, out of total legal population of 320 million in US 64% are whites, 16% are Blacks, 15% are Latinos, and others (Mostly Asians) are 5%.
