Socialist Mayor Blames Women For Mass-Muslim-Rapes

“These Muslim migrants that we welcomed just 3 months ago with teddy bears and water bottles at the Munich Station, started shooting at the Cologne Cathedral and at police,” according to an eyewitness, who said women were coming into the hotel there to escape being attacked by these Muslims. Some of the female victims of the Muslim migrant attacks also speak out.

The German city of Cologne has been branded a “no-go zone” for women by the 18-year-old victim of sex attack carried out by up to 30 men. The young woman, who was identified only by the name Michelle, told Germany’s N-TV news network that the attackers surrounded her and a group of 11 female friends during last week’s New Year’s Eve celebrations, repeatedly groped them on their breasts and buttocks and between their legs and then stole their belongings.

But the lying mainstream German media have covered up the mass Muslim attacks on police, women, and revelers in Cologne on New Year’s Eve. They call the Arabic-speaking thugs “non-white refugees,” “young foreigners,” “North Africans,” “Arabic-looking,” instead of what they are – MUSLIMS and what their behavior represents – ISLAM. Even worse, the Socialist female mayor of Cologne blamed the female victims of the Muslim sexual attacks and proposed new ‘rules of conduct’ for women during public celebrations.

The Mayor of Cologne said today that women should adopt a “code of conduct” to prevent future assault at a crisis meeting following the sexual attack of women by 1000 men on New Year’s eve. Mayor Henriette Reker attended an emergency meeting with Chief of Police Wolfgang Albers and Wolfgang Wurm to discuss how to deal with the attack, where dozens of women were repeatedly touched and groped, with one case of alleged rape in the center of town.

“It is important to prevent such incidents from ever happening again,” said Mayor Reker, as reported in German by RP Online. “We have heard by now that they [the attacks] have occurred in other cities. This of course is not comforting to us.”

According to Bild, a student named Evelyn, 24, from Rheinland-Pfalz, who was at the train station in Cologne, said: ‘I had a knee-length skirt on, and suddenly I felt a hand on my backside under my dress. I turned round immediately and saw a grinning face.’ She said that she managed to get to the cathedral and sat on a bench and suddenly she was surrounded by men once again, speaking Arabic. One Cologne assault victim, 18, also says up to 30 men groped and robbed her on the street at the city center.

One of the dozens of women who was groped by members of a mob in Cologne, Germany on New Year’s Eve described the attack but turned her back to cameras to protect her identity. The unidentified woman described the scene, her voice shaking with tears,”We were fondled, I was groped between my legs. My friends also were fondled. My boyfriend tried to pull me away. There was quite a big group of people, maybe thirty or forty.”

The woman is just one of 120 people who have filed complaints with police about a group of young men of “Arab or North African” appearance. On New Year’s Eve the men fired fireworks into the crowd of people in a plaza located between the train station and the Cathedral. Dozens of women were groped and at least two report being raped. Many others were victims of theft, apparently of the same mob.

The attack has sent ripples through German society, which took in nearly a million asylum seeking immigrants last year from the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. Chancellor Angela Merkel, who has pushed Germans to welcome the new immigrants, has said she is outraged by the attacks.

The crisis management team said prevention measures should include a code of conduct for young women and girls, and Mayor Reker said the existing code of conduct will be updated online.

The suggested code of conduct includes maintaining an arm’s length distance from strangers, to stick within your own group, to ask bystanders for help or to intervene as a witness, or to inform the police if you are the victim of such an assault.

In anticipation of large carnivals in the city centre in February, Mayor Reker promised an increased police presence. She warned young women about potential dangers of drunken events. People expressed frustration at the focus on the victims rather than the perpetrators.

Mayor Reker also said a “better explanation” to asylum seekers was needed about the meaning of the annual carnivals. “We need to prevent confusion about what constitutes happy behaviour and what is utterly separate from openness, especially in sexual behaviour," she said.

The attackers were described as North African and Arab appearance by the police. But he Mayor has said that not all of the attackers were newly-arrived refugees and had already been known to the police, as reported by The Local.

Mayor Reker was seriously wounded herself in October when she was stabbed in the neck by a man who reportedly had anti-foreigner motives amid in escalating tensions about the refugee crisis.
