China, Russia and India make inroads in Myanmar

(Staff post from the BENGAL BAY POST on 06 July 2026.)

China, Russia and India make inroads in Myanmar with transit corridors: Competing regional powers accelerate massive transport and energy projects in Myanmar to secure vital Indian Ocean routes despite ongoing civil conflict.

Myanmar is emerging as a focal point in Asia's strategic connectivity race, with China, Russia and India simultaneously advancing major transport and energy projects that could reshape regional trade despite the country's ongoing civil conflict.

Myanmar government has intensified efforts to revive long-delayed infrastructure initiatives, viewing the projects as critical to transforming Myanmar into a regional logistics hub linking East Asia, South Asia and the Indian Ocean.

Typhoon Maysak Bursting The Nanning Dam.

(AFP News Post  from the STRATS TIME on 06 July 2026.)

BEIJING - Typhoon Maysak brought heavy rain and severe flooding to China’s southern Guangxi region, with the authorities on July 6 raising flood alert levels as the system weakened into a tropical storm.

Officials in Nanning, Guangxi’s capital, raised the city’s flood control emergency response to the highest level after torrential rain breached dams. Videos shared by state broadcaster CCTV on July 6 showed ferocious torrents of muddy water gushing through a breach in a dam on the Liulan reservoir – described by state media as a “medium-sized” reservoir – heading for buildings in the distance.

A dam on the Yunbiao reservoir also burst, while the Liuwang reservoir overflowed, the Nanning authorities said in a statement on their official WeChat account. More than 800 residents were evacuated due to severe flooding in Fangchenggang, also in Guangxi, according to state media.

The heavy rainfall caused waters to rise above warning levels in 66 hydrological monitoring stations on 55 rivers in Guangxi on July 6, CCTV reported. Luwei Town, also in Nanning, recorded 637mm of rain in 24 hours between July 5 and 6 morning, according to CCTV.

Trump Screwed by Supreme Court: Anchor-Babies Won?

(Staff post from the ABC NEWS AUSTRALIA on 01 July 2026.)

US Supreme Court rejects Donald Trump's bid to restrict birthright citizenship: The US Supreme Court has rejected Donald Trump's bid to overturn birthright citizenship.

It is a major blow to the US president's hardline agenda on immigration and comes after the same court earlier this year limited his ability to impose sweeping tariffs. What's next? Mr Trump has urged Congress to implement legislation to end birthright citizenship, despite the court finding it was a constitutional right.

Donald Trump's controversial attempt to restrict birthright citizenship in the US has been rejected by the Supreme Court, up-ending the president's hardline agenda on immigration. The 6-3 ruling marked the second time this year that the court has invalidated one of Mr Trump's major initiatives, following its February decision to strike down his sweeping global tariffs.

The Arakan Army's Ascent From State to Nation

(Suu Mon’s article from the ACLED on 31 October 2025.)

From state to nation: The Arakan Army's ascent in post-coup Myanmar. The Arakan Army’s successes in Rakhine state advance its regional goals and provide it with strategic leverage against the military and its backers in India and China.

Since the 2021 military coup, the Arakan Army (AA) has rapidly become the most powerful armed actor in western Myanmar, where it controls the most territory, has built administrative structures, and asserts authority over the wider region.

The AA is now a significant national-level actor that conducts multi-regional operations with old and new allies and has influence far beyond Rakhine state. The AA controls part or all of major foreign investment projects in Rakhine state, which gives it strategic leverage with China and India, countries that desire project continuity and currently support the military regime.

Rare Earth Extraction by China in Kachin State

(Based on AI Overview of GOOGLE Search on 28 June 2026.)

Chinese Rare earth extractions in Myanmar's Kachin State relies on in-situ leaching, an industrial process that pumps chemical solutions directly into mountainsides to dissolve and collect valuable heavy metals like dysprosium and terbium.

The operations are highly destructive, supply chains are entangled with armed conflict, and the output feeds heavily into China. The Extraction Process In-Situ Leaching is often described as an "IV drip" for the mountains. Workers drill holes into hillsides, lay a network of pipes, and inject leaching agents (such as Ammonium Nitrate or Ammonium Sulfate) into the soil.

The chemical solution seeps through the earth, dissolving the naturally occurring rare earth elements bound to the ionic clay. The metal-rich liquid flows downslope and is captured in large, tarpaulin-lined leaching pools for collection.

Myanmar Rebels on Back Foot As Conscripts Fill Army

(Quentin Sommerville’s post from the BBC NEWS on 10 June 2026.)

Inside Myanmar, rebels are losing ground as military forces men into army: The four young men in the rebel camp hidden deep in jungle-covered mountains never wanted a part in Myanmar's civil war. They didn't choose to be soldiers for the military either.

One had been a chef on his way home from work when he was grabbed off the street. His lack of ID was enough for the military to detain him and force him to sign up. Another was taken on his way back from a late-night karaoke session; a third had been working for the forestry department when he was arrested. The fourth man says on being arrested, drugs were slipped into his shoe, and he was framed and made to enlist.

"Before we even understood what was happening, we were sent straight to the front lines," one of the men – all between the ages of 19 and 25 – tells the BBC. They made us do all kinds of things we didn't want to do," another adds. "We never got any real rest, not in the morning, not during the day, and not even at night. The conscripts had to do everything. While the regular soldiers hardly had to work."

Burmese-American Scholar Min Zin Arrested in China

(Staff post from IRRAWADDY NEWS JOURNAL on 19 June 2026.)

China Arrests Myanmar-Born US Scholar on Suspicion of Spying: China arrested a Myanmar-born scholar on its southwestern border in Yunnan Province early this month, accusing the US citizen of spying and endangering Chinese national security, China’s Foreign Ministry confirmed on Friday.

China has notified the US Consulate General in the southern Chinese city of Guangzhou of the arrest, Lin ‌Jian, a ministry spokesperson, told a regular news conference when asked about U Min Zin’s disappearance in Kunming last week, Reuters said. U Min Zin, a US citizen originally from Myanmar, was arrested by security forces on June 3 upon his arrival at the airport in the provincial capital Kunming.

The Irrawaddy has learned that he was invited to attend an event hosted by a Chinese university there. He studies Myanmar politics and is a founding member and executive director of the Institute for Strategy and Policy-Myanmar (ISP-Myanmar), a nongovernmental policy think tank whose research focuses on China-Myanmar relations, among other issues. ISP-Myanmar was not available for comment on Friday.

Sydney House Prices Fall Faster as Clearances Crash

(Lucy Slade’s post from the AUSTRALIAN FINANCIAL REVIEW on 22 June 2026.)

‘Downturn is deepening’: Sydney house prices fall faster as clearances crash. Sydney house prices have fallen 1.1 per cent in the last four weeks, with the pace of the decline picking up as clearance rates crash close to their lowest on record, according to Cotality.

The correction, which could extend for months longer, hit the Sydney and Melbourne markets first but is already being felt in Perth, Brisbane and Adelaide where a previously buoyant market is also showing signs of easing. Sydney and Melbourne’s home values could fall by 8 per cent by November.

“In Sydney and Melbourne, it does look like this downturn is deepening as we move into winter,” said Tim Lawless, research director at Cotality, a property data provider. Cotality’s rolling home value index shows prices have declined by 1.1 per cent in Sydney in the last four weeks and are now sliding faster than the 0.9 per cent fall recorded over May.

Chinese Investments on Aussie Houses Plunged 31 B$

(Nathan Mawby’s post from the REALESTATE.COM on 11 June 2026.)

$31bn plunge in Chinese investors will hurt Aus housing, experts warn: A decade after major tightening of foreign investment rules in Australia the nation has had a more than $65bn cut to funds coming in — spearheaded by China.

China-based property buyers have made moves on $200m worth of Aussie homes in the first three months of 2026. But it’s a fraction of what they used to spend, with Australia on track to receive $31bn less in investment from the Asian superpower into its property market compared to 2016.

Latest figures from the Foreign Investment Review Board show Chinese investors are on track to buy in the vicinity of $1bn worth of residential homes here in the current financial year. In the 2015-2016 financial year they sought to buy a jaw-dropping $31.912bn worth of Aussie homes.

Bypassing China’s Chokepoint: Through Myanmar

(Daniel Swift’s post from FDD on 18 June 2026.)

China’s Chokepoint Problem: Why Beijing Is Welcoming a Leader Nobody Likes. No one likes Min Aung Hlaing. Nevertheless, the leader of Myanmar’s military government kicked off a five-day state visit in China on June 16, seeking legitimacy after a sham election that few inside or outside Myanmar take seriously.

He remains deeply unpopular at home, where the economy has shrunk 20 percent since his February 2021 coup. Beijing is growing impatient over his inability to crack down on scam centers and to bring peace to Myanmar — home of the world’s longest-running civil war.

China needs stability on its 1,300-mile border with Myanmar and wants the junta to protect a pipeline terminus and port project in Rakhine State that gives it a foothold in the Indian Ocean and a bypass around the Strait of Malacca maritime chokepoint.

UWSA (Wa Army) Vs Arakan Army (AA)

(Translation of Steven Sanyu’s post from his FACEBOOK pages on 16 June 2026.)

Will the Wa Army (UWSA) be going into a war with the Arakan Army (AA)?

So far, for many years UWSA has managed not to participate in the ongoing civil war between Myanmar Army and other ethnic armies such as AA (Yakhine Army), TNLA (Palaung Army), KIA (Kachin Army) and MNDAA (Kokang Army) even though the Wa were the ones making massive profits selling assault rifles and heavy-machineguns and ammunitions to other ethnic armies except KIA Kachins who have their own weapon manufacturing plants.

That long stalemate is going to change very soon as both their Chinese Masters and Myanmar Army generals now need them to annihilate the recalcitrant Yakhines (Arakaneses) of victorious AA in the western Myanmar State of Arakan.

Even with massive Chinese assistance in the form of advance war-drones and many billions of Chinese Yuan, Myanmar Army war columns many thousands-soldiers-strong have not managed to break through the AA defensive lines on the high hills and mountains of long Arakan Ranges (Arakan-Yoma) between the Proper Burma and Arakan State.

Myanmar Army is Winning Again with China’s Help?

(Jonathan Head’s post from the BBC NEWS on 23 October 2025.)

Myanmar's army is taking back territory with relentless air strikes - and China's help: When insurgents finally gained control of the town of Kyaukme - on the main trade route from the Chinese border to the rest of Myanmar - it was after several months of hard fighting last year.

Kyaukme straddles Asian Highway 14, more famous as the Burma Road during the Second World War, and its capture by the Ta'ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) was seen by many as a pivotal victory for the opposition. It suggested that the morale of the military junta which had seized power in 2021 might be crumbling.

This month, though, it took just three weeks for the army to recapture Kyaukme. The fluctuating fate of this little hill town is a stark illustration of how far the military balance in Myanmar has now shifted, in favour of the junta.

New China-funded railway across Malaysia

(Alexandra Radu’s post from the DIALOGUE EARTH on 07 February 2020.)

Work on Malaysia’s new East Coast Rail Line (ECRL) started again in April 2019 after a delay of almost a year for renegotiations with the Chinese firm leading the project. The railway’s new route, adjusted to save costs, now avoids two areas of ecological importance, making the delay good news for Malaysia’s environment.

Over 640 km long, the railway connects Kota Bharu on the east coast of peninsula Malaysia with the country’s biggest commercial port, Port Klang, on the west coast near the capital Kuala Lumpur. It will link up to a wider pan-Asian network of railways currently under construction or planned as part of China’s global Belt and Road Initiative.

Work on the project started in August 2017 but was suspended in 2018 following a general election in Malaysia. The newly-elected prime minister, Mahathir bin Mohamad, accused his predecessor of awarding the project to the China Communications Construction Company (CCCC) without an open tendering process, at high costs and unfair terms for Malaysia.

Counter-Coup in Myanmar: Dictator Removed & Jailed?

According to the insider sources the Myanmar Dictator-turned-President Min Aung Hlaing has been removed and arrested together with his absolutely corrupt family in Naypyidaw. The counter-coup has been staged by current army chief General Ye Win Oo with the support of Vice Senior General Soe Win on June-8 early morning.

According to the army sources most army divisional commanders have supported the counter-coup as the almost six-years-long civil war is nearly lost with massive casualties on the front lines and the capital city Naypyidaw is now seriously threatened.

The bloodless coup would become the turning point for anti-army revolution as the Myanmar Army has already lost nearly 60% of Myanmar landmass to the revolutionary forces mainly EAOs (Ethnic Armed Organizations) and NUG’s PDF (National Unity Government’s People Defence Forces) all over the poverty-stricken nation.

Australia to Produce a Record 2.2 million tonnes Lentils

(Matt Brann’s post from the ABC NEWS Australia on 06 June 2026.)

Australia forecast to produce a record 2.2 million tonnes of lentils: On below are three glass jars. One filled with red lentils, one with yellow lentils and the third with barley. Australian lentils are mostly exported to countries including India and Bangladesh.

Australian farmers are set to produce less wheat, barley and canola this year because of dry seasonal conditions and high input costs. But they are on track to produce Australia's biggest crop of lentils. National commodities forecaster ABARES says lentil production is set to rise 3 per cent to a record 2.2 million tonnes.

Following Graph is showing lentil production increases over the years. "Plantings have exploded across Victoria and South Australia, with production now creeping into places like WA and New South Wales," said Market Check chief executive Nick Crundall.

Sittwe City Under Siege by Arakan Army

(Lin Thit’s post from the IRRAWADDY TIMES on 12 March 2026.)

AA (Arakan Army) Tightens Noose in Battle for Rakhine Capital Sittwe: Fighting has intensified around Sittwe as the Arakan Army (AA)’s pincer offensive closes in on the Rakhine State capital, striking junta positions on both the northeastern and northwestern approaches.

AA troops are now attacking the Shwe Min Gan naval base on the city’s northeastern edge as well as a string of fortified regime outposts along the Mayu River to the northwest. Targeted positions include riverbank posts around Ah Myint Kyun and the heavily mined and fortified village of Kywe Tae.

The Kywe Tae fortress is designed to shield the regime’s Padaleik Battalion and the Regional Operations Command headquarters against approaches from AA-held territory across the Mayu estuary.

Pauline Hanson for PM: Aus-Muslims’ Nightmare?

(Oscar Godsell’s post from the SKY NEWS AUSTRALIA on 31 May 2026.)

Pauline Hanson says she’s ready to be Prime Minister of Australia, considering run for lower house seat: One Nation leader Pauline Hanson has declared she’s ready to be the Prime Minister of Australia and is considering running for a seat in the House of Representatives.

Her comments come after a recently published Redbridge-Accent Research seat-by-seat projection showed One Nation could win more than 50 seats at an election. In the wake of the polling, Ms Hanson told Sky News’ Sunday Agenda that she believed she was capable of leading the country as prime minister.

“Do I want to be Prime Minister? Well, I tell you what, I won’t knock the job because I believe that I have the ability to do it,” she said. “I’m not going to underestimate myself or say, 'no, I can’t do it,' because you know, have a look at what we’ve got now. That’s why we’re in a mess.”

Myanmar The Shithole is now A Living Hell on Earth

Myanmar formerly known as Burma or British Burma was well known as The Shithole of South East Asia since the 1962 Military Coup. The world has had a big hope for our Burma when the military dictator ship was transformed into a semi-democratic quasi-civilian system a decade ago. But since 2021 Military Coup staged by the group of motherfucking-Bastard Army Generals (“A Group of Stupid Thugs” according to the US State Department) the notorious shithole is now being turned rapidly into a living hell on this planet.

Economy has completely collapsed, civil war has consumed nearly three quarters of the land, more  than half of population is starving, over 20% of population has been displaced and most ended up struggling in neighbouring Thailand, every military-aged man don’t even dare to go out of their houses for the roaming army’s chain-gangs will be dragging them out of the streets and into the army and sending them onto frontlines to die fighting the rebels. Myanmar simply is a living hell for almost six years now.

Inflation is sky-high people can’t even afford to buy good rice let alone luxury like meat and chicken. For the country formerly well known all over the world as the Rice Bowl of British Empire where sun never set, totally unbelievable.

Arakan Army Chief Htun Myat Naing’s Interview

(Rajeev Bhattacharyya’s post from the DIPLOMAT on 04 May 2026.)

Arakan Army Chief Twan Mrat Naing on Talks With the Myanmar Government, and Relations With India and Bangladesh: “The military government wants to negotiate from a position of strength but we will not succumb to such pressure.”

Arakan Army (AA) and United League of Arakan (ULA) Chief Twan Mrat Naing gives an interview to Rajeev Bhattacharyya at an undisclosed location somewhere in Myanmar’s Arakan region, on March 2, 2026.

The Arakan Army (AA) and its political wing, the United League of Arakan (ULA), are among the largest revolutionary organizations in Myanmar currently battling the government. Seventeen years after it was formed in 2009, the AA controls almost 90 percent of Arakan, the narrow coastal region on the Bay of Bengal in the western region of Myanmar.

The Demon in the Machine by Paul Davies

(Steven Poole’s post from the GUARDIAN UK Book Review on 18 Jan 2019.)

The Demon in the Machine by Paul Davies review – what is life? A new theory, which centres on information, is providing some answers in this lucid but speculative exposition.

In 1943 the great physicist Erwin Schrödinger, of both-dead-and-alive-cat fame, gave a series of lectures at Trinity College Dublin, published the next year as his book What Is Life? He supposed that genes must take the form of a “huge molecule” containing a “miniature code” to direct the subsequent development of the organism.

Francis Crick and James Watson, inspired by Schrödinger’s work, later proved him right when they, along with Rosalind Franklin and Maurice Wilkins, discovered the structure of DNA.

But Schrödinger’s central question remains unanswered. There is still no agreed-on definition of what life is, let alone how it started. Maybe, some suggest, there are biology-specific laws of nature that we have yet to identify. Indeed, Schrödinger himself argued that “living matter, while not eluding the ‘laws of physics’ as established up to date, is likely to involve ‘other laws of physics’ hitherto unknown”.

Zhou Qunfei: The Founder of Lens Technology

(Alvin Huang’s post from the FACEBOOK on 16 May2026.)

Touch your phone screen right now. Feel how smooth it is. There's a decent chance the glass under your fingertip was made by a woman who grew up raising pigs and ducks in a village in Hunan province, dropped out of school at 16, and took a factory job making watch lenses for less than a dollar a day.

Her name is Zhou Qunfei. She's the founder of Lens Technology, the company that makes the cover glass for Apple, Samsung, Huawei, and Tesla. She's worth over US$18 billion. She's the world's fourth richest self-made woman. And the entire thing started with a resignation letter.

Zhou was born in 1970 in Xiangxiang, Hunan, the youngest of three children in a family shaped by loss. Before she was born, her father, a former soldier, lost a finger and most of his eyesight in an industrial accident.

He supported the family by weaving bamboo baskets, making chairs, and repairing bicycles. Her mother died when she was five. The girl helped her family raise animals for food and whatever small income they could manage.

Chinese In Australia Will Be Forced Into Citizenship!

(Kos Samara’s post from the FACEBOOK on 14 May2026.)

(Opposition Leader) Angus Taylor’s Budget in reply. Why has he just turned the blow torch on Chinese Australians? “You cannot access certain government services (such as Age Pension, Dole, and Carer Allowances, etc.) if you are not an Australian citizen, even if you are granted permanent residency.”

The core issue is simple: China does not recognise dual nationality. Under Article 3 of China’s Nationality Law, China does not recognise dual nationality for any Chinese national. Article 9 goes further, any Chinese national who has settled abroad and voluntarily acquires foreign nationality automatically loses their Chinese nationality.

No other major country Australia takes migrants from has this strict a rule. So for a China-born Chinese Australian, taking Australian citizenship is not an administrative step. It is, in legal terms, a severing.

More India-borns Than UK-borns in Australia!

(Exclusive Minds’ post from the FACEBOOK on 01 May 2026.)

Indians have officially overtaken the English to become Australia’s largest overseas-born migrant group for the first time on record

According to the latest Australian Bureau of Statistics data, 971,020 Australia residents were born in India, narrowly ahead of 970,950 born in England. The shift may look small in numbers, but symbolically, it is huge. For decades, England was Australia’s dominant migrant birthplace outside Australia. Now, India has moved to the top.

The data also shows how fast Australia’s Indian-origin population has grown. In 2015, around 449,000 Australian residents were India-born. By June 2025, that number had more than doubled to 971,020, making India the biggest contributor to Australia’s overseas-born population growth over the past decade.

Is Aung San Suu Kyi Already Dead?

(Staff post from the MIZZIMA NEWS on 23 December 2025.)

The Myanmar Junta’s Greatest Fear Is Not Aung San Suu Kyi Alive – It Is Her Dead: A question is now being asked openly across international media, diplomatic briefings, and human rights forums: will Aung San Suu Kyi ever be free?

Because the world delayed demanding an answer, another question now carries unavoidable urgency: is she even alive? Aung San Suu Kyi is not a marginal political figure. She is a Nobel Peace Prize laureate, the democratically elected leader of Myanmar, and one of the most globally recognized symbols of nonviolent resistance of the last half-century. Her party won the country’s last free national election in a landslide. For this, she was erased.

Since the military coup of February 2021, she has been held in windowless solitary confinement, in a prison cell whose location remains undisclosed, cut off from lawyers, family, independent doctors, and the outside world. For nearly three years there has been no verified proof of life – no images, no independent medical confirmation, no credible access by neutral observers. This is not neglect. It is grotesque behavior by a regime that understands precisely what it is doing.

Expansion of Eromanga Refinery in Queensland, Australia

(Jay Carstens’s post from the ABC NEWS AUS on 11April 2026.)

Expansion on cards at Eromanga refinery as Queensland looks to produce more oil: As Queensland looks for more oil, a small outback refinery has proven critical for the exploration process and now expansion is on the cards.

The Inland Oil Refinery has operated in Eromanga for more than 40 years, creating small amounts of underground mining fuel that is sold to the mining sector. The refinery and its supplier say expansion is a genuine possibility as the Taroom Trough oil field opens up.

In the outback town of Eromanga, about 1,000 kilometres west of Brisbane, lies a small and relatively unknown oil refinery. Inland Oil Refinery (IOR) has operated in the south-west town since 1986, but now could be on the cusp of expansion as the Queensland government pushes to speed up oil projects.

Outback oilfield that could save Australia

(David Wu’s post from the NEWS.COM.AU on 09 April 2026.)

No gas at the Aussie servos!

A remote Queensland basin could be the answer to our oil supply problems – but environmental laws are preventing it from being fast-tracked. Experts believe a trough in remote Queensland, roughly the size of Singapore, could have enough oil to eliminate Australia’s heavy reliance on crude imports.

The country’s dependence on petrol and diesel imports from our Asian neighbours has been exposed by the Middle East war, with bowsers running empty nationwide. Supply is still a major talking point, with Prime Minister Anthony Albanese trying to reassure Australians stock levels currently in and arriving to the country remain strong.

But Queensland Premier David Crisafulli has argued Mr Albanese only needs to look domestically in the Sunshine State’s backyard for Australia’s own future oil source.

Taroom Trough Oilfield in Queensland, Australia

(Angela Smith’s post from the AFR Australia on 08 April 2026.)

Oil explorers say Queensland’s Taroom could fill nation’s refineries: Queensland’s Taroom Trough could fill the country’s refineries and leave enough oil available for export, according to the chief executive of the largest holder of acreage in what has become a major energy exploration play.

Stuart Nicholls, who leads Elixir Energy, said all the signs pointed to the trough – an area the size of Singapore west of Brisbane – being able to produce enough oil to eliminate the need for refineries to import crude.

The Queensland government is urging the federal government to accelerate the processing of environmental approvals needed to extract oil in the trough to avoid years of delays in production and avert a repeat of the fuel crisis that has developed since the outbreak of war in the Middle East.

“This is an opportunity to deliver liquid gold, and we have no intention of wasting it,” Premier David Crisafulli said after travelling to Shell’s acreage in the trough. “What a golden opportunity in this country to get back to a time when we are prepared to drill, and refine and store our own fuel.”

Trump threatens to 'obliterate' Iran’s Kharg Island

(Staff post from THE ABC NEWS AUS on 31 March 2026.)

Trump threatens to 'obliterate' Iranian oil and energy sites if it refuses deal to end war: Donald Trump is threatening to obliterate Kharg Island, which is responsible for 90 per cent of Iran's oil production.

Donald Trump is threatening to obliterate Iran's energy plants and oil wells if it does not reopen the Strait of Hormuz. The US president posted on his platform Truth Social that the United States would be "blowing up" Iran's strategically important Kharg Island if the nation's leaders refused to make a deal.

He went on to write that the US was in "serious discussions" with a "NEW, AND MORE REASONABLE, REGIME" to end the war. "Great progress has been made but, if for any reason a deal is not shortly reached, which it probably will be, and if the Hormuz Strait is not immediately "Open for Business," we will conclude our lovely "stay" in Iran by blowing up and completely obliterating all of their Electric Generating Plants, Oil Wells and Kharg Island (and possibly all desalinization plants!), which we have purposefully not yet "touched"," he said.

PM Albanese Chased Out of Lakemba Mosque!

(Matt Hampson’s post from THE SKY NEWS AUS on 22 March 2026.)

‘He should read the tea leaves’: Anthony Albanese deeply unpopular across Australia after mosque heckling. Prime Minister Anthony Albanese's reception at the Lakemba mosque has highlighted his deep unpopularity among broad sections of the country, Barnaby Joyce says.

Anthony Albanese has united broad sections of Australia in their disapproval of his leadership after he was heckled and booed at a Western Sydney mosque. The Prime Minister and Home Affairs Minister Tony Burke were met with hostility during a visit to Lakemba Mosque for Eid prayers marking the end of Ramadan.

Protesters shouted at the senior Labor figures after prayers concluded, with one calling Mr Albanese’s appearance a “disgrace”. Questioned about the mosque incident, One Nation MP Barnaby Joyce on Sunday offered a blunt four-word assessment of Mr Albanese’s leadership: “He can’t do it”.

Get Out of NYC Then (2022), Now Please Come Back!

(Vaughn Golden’s post from THE YAHOO NEWS on 19 March 2026.)

Desperate Hochul begs wealthy New Yorkers to come back — as Mamdani pressures her to hike their taxes: NY Gov. Kathy Hochul is urging wealthy New Yorkers who have left the city to return, citing competition with other states with lower tax burdens.

NY State Gov. Kathy Hochul is begging wealthy New Yorkers who fled the city to encourage their rich pals to come back and continue padding the Empire State’s lavish public handouts. Hochul made the case against caving to Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s demands that she hike income taxes — by saying she not only wants fat cats to stay in the city, but also by clawing at those who have moved to states with better business climates like Florida.

“Maybe the first step should be to go down to Palm Beach and see who we can bring back home because our tax base has been eroded,” the Democratic governor said at a forum hosted by Politico last week. “I have to look at the fact that we are in competition with other states who have less of a tax burden on their corporations and their individuals,” she said.

USS Tripoli with Marine Division in Strait of Hormuz

(Shishir Gupta’s post from THE HINDUSTAN TIMES on 20 March 2026.)

US Navy giant 'Tripoli' set to enter warzone, may break Strait of Hormuz chokehold: USS Tripoli provides US an opportunity to put troops on ground to secure the Strait of Hormuz, key waterway choked since the conflict began on Feb 28.

The direction that on-going US-Israel-Iran war will take will be decided next week when 50,000 ton USS Tripoli, amphibious assault ship, carrying over 2000 marines of the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) enters the war theatre in north Arabian sea.

The huge ship with top of the line fighters on board is currently south of Sri Lanka in south Indian Ocean and is on way to force multiply the USS Abraham Lincoln carrier strike group in Gulf of Oman.

The huge ship with top of the line fighters on board is currently south of Sri Lanka in south Indian Ocean and is on way to force multiply the USS Abraham Lincoln carrier strike group in Gulf of Oman. USS Tripoli is 844 feet long (USS Ford, the largest war ship in the world is 1106 feet long) with F-35, MV-22 Osprey and MH60S Seahawk Helicopters on board. It is accompanied with landing ship decks (LSDs) for deploying Marines on enemy land. The battleship is expected to enter the war theatre around March 22-23.

Iranian women's football team back in Iran!

(Staff post from THE ABC NEWS AUS on 19 March 2026.)

Iranian women's football team back in Iran, state media announces: Iran's national women's football team has returned to the Islamic Republic after several of the players sought asylum in Australia, Iranian media is reporting.

The outlets shared footage of the players entering Iran after landing in Türkiye and taking a bus to the border. They were greeted by some officials at the border. Most of the team's players left Australia last week, travelling through Malaysia and Oman on their way to Türkiye.

Two Iranian female players, Fatemeh Pasandideh and Atefeh Ramezanisadeh, chose to remain in Australia and have been training with the Brisbane Roar club. Others who initially sought asylum after the team was knocked out of the Women's Asian Cup later changed their minds and said they would return to Iran.

US Seizure of Strategic Kharg Island, Iranian oil?

(Staff post from THE NEW ARAB NEWS on 07 March 2026.)

A tiny island in the Persian Gulf could be Trump’s secret weapon against Iran. Kharg island holds 94 per cent of Iran’s oil exports and could choke off the country’s economy for years:  American analysts have floated the possibility of the US military seizing control of Iran's largest oil export terminal on Kharg Island: Left is the satellite view of Kharg Island, which hosts Iran's largest oil export terminal.

A senior US official vowed to take control of Iran's oil on Friday as the devastating regional conflict triggered by the US-Israeli war on Iran neared its second week. "What we want to do is to get such massive oil reserves in Iran out of the hands of terrorists," White House advisor Jarrod Agen said in an interview with Fox Business.

"Ultimately, we’re not going to have to worry about these issues in the Strait of Hormuz," he said, referring to the strategic Gulf chokepoint vital for global energy. We’re going to get all of the oil out of the hands of terrorists," the official said.

Iran’s Mosaic Defence Doctrine?

(Staff post from THE NDTV NEWS on 13 March 2026.)

Who Is Mohammad Ali Jafari, Man Behind Iran's Impenetrable 'Mosaic Defence': Mosaic Defence is an Iranian military concept to organise the state's defensive structure into multiple regional and semi-independent layers instead of concentrating power in a single command chain that can be paralysed by a decapitation strike.

When the United States and Israel launched the devastating air campaign on Iran under "Operation Epic Fury," Donald Trump expected a Venezuela-like regime change in Tehran. But nearly two weeks into the war, Iran's Islamic regime continues to fight back, mounting attacks across the Middle East despite several losses to its top leadership.

Experts believe the Islamic Republic's ability to continue the fight stems from its military's Mosaic Defence' doctrine, created years ago by Iranian strategist Mohammad Ali Jafari. Iran's Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi describes Iran's defence strategy as a "two-decade study" into "defeats of the US military to our immediate east and west."

US Navy No Longer Fears Suicide Drone Swarms

(Inder Sing Bisht’s post from THE DEFENSE POST on02 April 2024.)

US Navy to Test Onboard Microwave Weapon in 2026: The US Navy plans to mount a high-powered microwave-based counter-air defense system prototype on one of its vessels in 2026.

The METEOR will be the navy’s first high-powered microwave (HPM) project to counter targets such as drones and anti-ship missiles, USNI News wrote, citing the Navy’s Fiscal Year 2025 budget documents. The US Army and the US Air Force have already been working on their own HPM projects, in addition to other directed energy projects such as lasers.

Advantages Over Lasers: Unlike laser weapons, which melt, burn, or vaporize a target with a high-powered beam, a microwave system can produce a range of effects from disrupting or destroying a target’s electronics to greater destruction. Its wider beam also reportedly holds an edge over the laser to counter multiple targets, such as drone swarms, faster.

Ayatollah Khamenei’s Personal Nurse’s Confession!

(Dr. Leila Husseini Rafsanjani’s post from the usa.kenhnhadep.com on 04 March 2026.)

Khamenei’s Personal Nurse Goes Viral After Her Confession: ‘I Begged HIM to SURRENDER to JESUS’.

I begged Iran’s Supreme Leader to surrender to Jesus Christ. I was his personal nurse for six years. I held his hand through his cancer treatments. And 3 weeks before he died, I looked him in the eyes and told him the truth. What you’re about to hear is my full testimony.

I am recording this on March 4th, 2026. 4 days ago, the Supreme Leader I served was killed in an air strike. I escaped from Evin Prison during the chaos. His son is about to be named the new supreme leader. And if the Islamic Republic finds me, I will not live to see tomorrow. But the world needs to hear this. All of Iran needs to hear this. So I am speaking while I still can.

My name is Dr. Leila Husseini Rafsanjani. I am 42 years old. I was born in Isfahan, Iran in 1984, 6 years after the Islamic Revolution. My father was a low-ranking mullah. My mother was a housewife who never learned to read. I have two younger brothers who became engineers. I was the only daughter, the invisible daughter.

Long History of Bad-Blood between US and Mad-Mullahs

(Jefferey Fields’s post from THE CONVERSATION on 18 June 2025.)

US and Iran have a long, complicated history, spanning decades before US strikes on nuclear sites: With the U.S. bombing of three nuclear sites in Iran, relations between the two countries have arguably reached one of the lowest points in modern times.

But the bad blood between the two countries isn’t new: The U.S. and Iran have been in conflict for decades – at least since the U.S. helped overthrow a democracy-minded prime minister, Mohammed Mossadegh, in August 1953. The U.S. then supported the long, repressive reign of the Shah of Iran, whose security services brutalized Iranian citizens for decades.

The two countries have been particularly hostile to each other since Iranian students took over the U.S. Embassy in Tehran in November 1979, resulting in economic sanctions and the severing of formal diplomatic relations between the nations.

Singapore is Dying: TFR Collapsed to 0.87!

(Staff post from the STRAIT TIMES NEWS on 27 February 2026.)

SINGAPORE – Singapore plans to take in between 25,000 and 30,000 new citizens every year over the next five years, as the government moves to offset falling birth rates and a rapidly aging population.

Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong, speaking on Feb. 26 during the debate on the Prime Minister’s Office budget, said the citizen population could start shrinking by the early 2040s without intervention, as Singapore’s total fertility rate (TFR) fell to a record low of 0.87 in 2025.

“Over time, it will be practically impossible to reverse the trend, because we will have fewer and fewer women who can bear children,” DPM Gan said, noting that the TFR decline translates to just 44 children and 19 grandchildren for every 100 residents today.

He stressed the need for a “carefully managed immigration flow to augment our low birth rate,” while maintaining a stable citizen core and ensuring that new arrivals do not overwhelm public infrastructure such as housing and transport.

Ayatollah Khamenei is Dead: Burn-in-Hell MOFO!

(Staff post from the SYDNEY MORNING HERALD on 01 March 2026.)

‘One of the most evil people in history’: Khamenei killed in strikes, Trump confirms. US President Donald Trump says the death of Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei is the “greatest chance” for Iranians to take back the country following a stunning new chapter in American military intervention that opens the potential for retaliatory violence in the Middle East and elsewhere.

Iranian state media confirmed the death, without elaborating on a cause of death, following the most ambitious strikes on the country by the United States and Israel in decades on Saturday Australian time.

In a social media post on Sunday Australian time, Trump called Khamenei “one of the most evil people in history” and said that “heavy and pinpoint bombing” would continue “uninterrupted” in the coming week and possibly beyond.

US President Donald Trump said that Ayatollah Ali Khamenei could not escape the US and Israeli web of surveillance. “This is not only Justice for the people of Iran, but for all Great Americans, and those people from many Countries throughout the World, that have been killed or mutilated by Khamenei,” he said in the post.

NYC Is Truly Fucked by Mamdani’s Muslims?

(Based on public posts from the FACE BOOK in February 2026.)

Since that Islamist-Communist Zohran Mamdani’s winning of the NYC mayoral elections last year the World’s Greatest City, the New York City, has gone to the dogs as the Islamists completed their takeover of NYC.

All the grand promises of Mamdani are gone too. First the promise of Rent Freeze. But now NYC rents are rising fast instead of falling down since Mamdani’s announcement of ten percent rise in property taxes to pay for his massive 127-billion-dollar budget which is bigger than the 117-billion-dollar budget of the whole State of Florida.

Second the promise of free buses and subsidized people grocery shops are both gone as the New York State Governor has bitterly rejected the Mamdani’s plan of two percent more tax on NYC billionaires.
