6.5 Million Aussies Get $750 Each As Virus Stimulus

Everyone who will get the $750 coronavirus package: The Australian government announced its $17.6 billion coronavirus stimulus package on Thursday, which includes $750 cash payments for around 6.5 million Australians.

Those Australians will receive the payment automatically from 31 March, with the majority to receive the boost by 17 April. It’s estimated to cost around $4.76 billion. The majority of the tax-exempt payments will be targeted at Australians receiving the pension, with 2.4 million pensioners set to benefit.

“Frankly, it is about a cash injection into the Australian economy, which supports small businesses and supports medium businesses,” Prime Minister Scott Morrison said while announcing the measure. “That, in turn, supports the jobs, which means people can continue to participate positively in the economy and have greater confidence going forward.”

Evil Scientists Creating Viruses With Pandemic Potential

Controversial US scientist creates deadly new flu strain for pandemic research. Scientists express horror over the creation of a virus that could render the human immune system defenceless. Most of the world has developed some level of immunity to the 2009 pandemic flu virus.

A controversial Japanese scientist who carried out provocative research on making influenza viruses more infectious has completed his most dangerous experiment to date by deliberately creating a pandemic strain of flu that can evade the human immune system.

Yoshihiro Kawaoka of the University of Wisconsin-Madison (and Tokyo University) has genetically manipulated the 2009 strain of pandemic flu in order for it to “escape” the control of the immune system’s neutralising antibodies, effectively making the human population defenceless against its reemergence.

No Toilet-Paper For You: $54 A Pack In Australia

No toilet-paper for you, come back one year.
Australian supermarket giant the Woolworths has announced new measures to keep shelves full as customers around the country continue to stock up on staples during the coronavirus pandemic.

The supermarket giant was the first in Australia to address the shortage of toilet paper by limiting purchase quantities and revising its refund policies to refuse change of mind refunds for items currently in high demand. Woolworths CEO, Brad Banducci, announced on Friday evening the supermarket would no longer be providing toilet paper for pick-up orders.

“To help everyone access the essential things they need, limits are now in place on toilet paper, wipes, paper towels, serviettes, rice and some other items,” Mr Banducci said in en email sent to Woolworths Rewards customers.

“It also, unfortunately, means that toilet paper won't be available for pick-up orders for the time being, but our team will be happy to see if toilet paper is available in store when you come in to pick up your order,” he said.

Sen. Cotton Threatens China For Deadly Wuhan Virus

Hawkish Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., issued a menacing statement on Thursday vowing that the United States "will hold accountable those who inflicted" the coronavirus on the world, seeming to suggest that the Chinese government was behind the pandemic.

"The Wuhan coronavirus is a grave challenge to our great nation," said Cotton, who announced he is temporarily closing his Washington office as a precautionary measure. "We are a great people. We rise to every challenge, we vanquish every foe, and we come through adversity even better than before."

Critics slammed Cotton for exploiting the deadly pandemic to beat the drums of war as the U.S. struggles to contain the COVID-19 outbreak. "When all you have is a hammer and you're also a moron, every problem is a nail and you keep hitting your own fingers," tweeted Jamal Abdi, president of the National Iranian American Council. Others similarly condemned Cotton's warmongering comments:

Pandemic Potential Of Gain-of-Function Experiments

Influenza virus is one of a handful of infectious disease agents that can cause devastating pandemics with high mortality and morbidity in human populations. The human species is vulnerable to zoonotic infection with new influenza viruses, with the last occurring as recently as 2009. Influenza kills thousands of people each year, and the world is continuously confronting new epidemics.

Today the complexity and interconnectivity of our society create vulnerabilities, such that pandemics with even low mortality have the potential to cause widespread suffering and economic disruption. Epidemics can have catastrophic effects on the social order and result in the disruption of benefits that we associate with current society, such as law and order and reliable food distribution.

Hence, epidemics pose existential threats to civil society even when morbidity and mortality occur in a fraction of those infected. Given the biological characteristics of the influenza virus that ensure the continuous generation of antigenic variability, this virus poses a continuous extant threat, with the likelihood of new pandemics being determined by variables that remain poorly understood.

GOF Experiments: Fears Of Man-made Pandemic (2014)

Dr Kawaoka's GOF Experiments in the
hands of Dr Zhou Peng created
The deadly Wuhan Virus.
US virologist Yoshihiro Kawaoka has form when it comes to sparking controversy. Last month, his team at the University of Wisconsin-Madison published a paper that described engineering an entirely new flu virus that causes severe illness when transmitted between ferrets in sneezed, airborne droplets.

Kawaoka is one of a small number of researchers tinkering with the genomes of bird-flu strains to model how they might acquire human pandemic potential. Many fear these hubristic microbiologists might trigger a man-made plague if the synthetic bugs ever escape from their laboratories.

In another project, Kawaoka developed a version of one of the most dangerous influenza viruses yet known. Bird-flu strains contain genes highly similar to the 1918 Spanish flu (which was resurrected from permafrost in 2005), and Kawaoka’s team selected the most similar from eight avian viruses to create a viable 1918-like hybrid.

Gain-of-Function Experiments Created The Wuhan Virus

CORONAVIRUS is a bioweapon which was accidentally leaked from the Wuhan Institute of Virology, a level four biosafety laboratory seven miles from the epicentre of the outbreak, according to sensational claims from the man who drafted the first multilateral disarmament treaty banning biological warfare.

The deadly virus has now infected more than 120,000 people worldwide, claiming the lives of more than 4,300 in the process, as numbers in Europe spike, while Asia appears to be curbing the effects. This morning, Iran’s former President, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, declared COVID-19 is a bioweapon from a military laboratory, stating: “It is clear to the world that the mutated coronavirus was produced in a lab.”

His point echoes a claim made by US Senator Tom Cotton last month, but now, Francis Boyle has exposed the “smoking gun” that he says proves this theory. The Professor of international law at the University of Illinois served on the board of directors of Amnesty International, the Advisory Board for the Council for Responsible Genetics and drafted the US legislation for the Biological Weapons Convention, known as the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989.

Wuhan Virus: Genetically Engineered To Infect Humans

CORONAVIRUS may have been genetically engineered for the "efficient spreading in the human population," a bombshell new study has claimed. COVID-19 has now infected nearly 115,000 people, killing more than 4,000 in the process in a devastating outbreak which is days away from being declared a pandemic.

Last night, Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte imposed a nation-wide lockdown and the numbers in Spain almost doubled in a single day as the infection spreads through Europe at an alarming rate.

A study released by Chinese scientists last week found the origin of coronavirus could have come from the Wuhan Institute of Virology, a level four biosafety laboratory 12km from the epicentre of the outbreak. Now, a new investigation, titled “Coronavirus 2019-nCoV contains a furin-like cleavage site absent in CoV of the same clade,” suggests it has been genetically engineered too.

Published on Science Direct this month, the paper reads: “In 2019, a new coronavirus (2019-nCoV) infecting humans has emerged in Wuhan, China. “Its genome has been sequenced and the genomic information promptly released.  Despite a high similarity with the genome sequence of SARS-CoV, we identified a peculiar furin-like cleavage site of the 2019-nCoV, lacking in the other SARS-like CoVs. In this article, we discuss the possible functional consequences of this cleavage site in the viral cycle, pathogenicity and its potential implication in the development of antivirals.”

Deadly Wuhan Virus: China's War On The Truth!

"On current course, China is liable to do significant damage to the rest the world, by accident or intent," wrote columnist Daniel Henninger in the Wall Street Journal on January 29.

"The Chinese Communist government increasingly poses an existential threat not just to its own 1.4 billion citizens but to the world at large", wrote the noted historian Victor Davis Hanson on February 20.

According to The Sunday Times, "Chinese laboratories identified a mystery virus as a highly infectious new pathogen by late December last year, but they were ordered to stop tests, destroy samples and suppress the news, a Chinese media outlet has revealed.
