No More Anchor-Babies: Ending Birthright Citizenship

President Trump Readies Plan to End Birthright Citizenship Via Executive Action: President Donald Trump is moving forward with a plan to end birthright citizenship via executive action, he said in an interview with Axios released on Tuesday.

“On immigration, some legal scholars believe you can get rid of birthright citizenship without changing the Constitution,” Axios’ Jonathan Swan asked President Trump in the video interview. “With an executive order,” Trump replied. “Exactly,” Swan followed up. “Have you thought about that?” “Yes,” Trump replied.

“Tell me more,” Swan implored. “It was always told to me that you needed a Constitutional amendment–guess what? You don’t,” Trump said. “Number one, you don’t need that. Number two, you can definitely do it with an act of Congress. But now they’re saying I can do it with just an executive order. Now, how ridiculous–we are the only country in the world where a person comes in, has a baby, and the baby is essentially a citizen of the United States for 85 years with all of those benefits? It’s ridiculous. It’s ridiculous–and it has to end.”

Trump: Tent City Detention For All Asylum Seekers

(Staff articles from The BRIEBART NEWS & NEW YORK TIMES in October 2018.)

A tent city detention camp in West Texas near Mexico border.
Trump: We Will Hold All Asylum Seekers in Tent Cities Until Their Trial. During an interview broadcast on Monday’s edition of the Fox News Channel’s “Ingraham Angle,” President Trump stated that asylum applicants will be held in tent cities until their hearing takes place, and people with rejected asylum applications will “get out.”

Trump stated, “If they apply for asylum, we’re going to hold them until such time as their trial takes place.” He added, “We’re going to put up — we’re going to build tent cities. … We’re going to have tents. They’re going to be very nice, and they’re going to wait, and if they don’t get asylum, they get out.”

There are two paths to asylum in the United States:

First Path To Asylum: In "affirmative asylum" cases, an individual is in the U.S. or has arrived at a point of entry and has declared his or her application for asylum to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services within one year of their arrival in country. A decision can be made by a USCIS asylum officer.

Leftist US Open Borders Activists Behind The Caravan

The Caravan of Latinos inching towards USA through Mexico.
A group of 7,000 plus immigrants from Central America has been making its way through Mexico towards the United States border, with clear intentions: enter the U.S., even if that means violating American immigration laws.

The (Left-Wing-Fake-News) New York Times has said that “no group has claimed responsibility for organizing [the most recent] caravan,” but claiming responsibility and quietly funding are two different things entirely. One of the key organizers behind the caravan, Pueblo Sin Fronteras, or “People Without Borders,” want to fly under the radar, but we’re here to help lift the veil.

Though no single group has claimed control over the migrant caravan, at least two activists from Pueblo Sin Fronteras -Rodrigo Arbeja and Denis Omar Contreras – are embedded in the caravan, according to USA Today, the Los Angeles Times, and the Mexican newspaper La Jordana.

Latino Deportees Join The Caravan To Get Back Into US

Caravan of Illegal Latinos has reached Mexico.
TAPACHULA, Mexico — The caravan of migrants from Central America grew to roughly 5,000 Sunday, a massive group that stretched along this city’s main highway for more than a half-mile.

They spoke in different accents, fleeing different disasters: joblessness in parts of Honduras, a mounting political crisis in Nicaragua, cities in Guatemala where they were sure their children would languish as they had.

And then there were the deportees. Many of the migrants here had previously lived in the United States, for years or even decades, joining the caravan to reunite with their children, or to resume old jobs. They were undeterred by the American authorities who had apprehended them or the U.S. president who promised to keep them out again.

Caravan: Consequence Of Rewarding Latino Illegals

A sleeping gang member travelling with the Caravan.
A Central American migrant traveling with a caravan to the U.S. rests upon arrival to Huixtla, Mexico, Monday, Oct. 22, 2018. Thousands of Central American migrants resumed an arduous trek toward the U.S. border, with many bristling at suggestions there could be terrorists and criminals among them.

Once again, a massive caravan of aliens is coming north to demand entry into the United States.  This one is even bigger than the last.  The number of migrants is over 7,000 and growing.

The open-borders Left and their talking heads in the media are falsely describing the caravan’s trek as a “humanitarian crisis.”  But that is nonsense. There is no war or drought in Central America that the migrants are fleeing.  They are simply coming to the United States en masse for economic reasons, hoping that their immense numbers swamp our immigration system or that they can otherwise find a way into the country.

Why Saudis Had To Cut Up Khashoggi’s Body

The cut-up remains of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi’s body were found in the garden of the Saudi consul general’s home in Istanbul, about 500 meters from the consulate where the Saudis have now admitted he was murdered, according to a number of sources.

While conflicting narratives of the murder swirled around the media leading up to discovery of his body parts, a couple of important questions must answered: Why did the issue of dismemberment become so pronounced in the battle of the narrative? What is its psychological meaning?

One of the first narratives, floated by the Turks, claimed that Khashoggi was murdered within two minutes of setting foot in the Saudi consulate in Istanbul. The Turks claimed Khashoggi was tortured, dismembered and beheaded by a hit team of 15 which included Dr. Salah Muhammed al-Tubaigy, Saudi Arabia’s leading forensic specialist, who brought along a bone saw and is said to have requested music to listen to while dismantling the body.

Jihadi Jack: Trudeau Invites ISIS Fighter To Canada

(Staff articles from The GLOBAL NEWS, OTTAWA SUN, & NATIONAL POST.)

Jihadi Jack (aka) Jack Letts?
Scheer accuses Trudeau government of ‘proactively’ reaching out to ‘Jihadi Jack’: During Tuesday's Question Period, Conservative Party Leader Andrew Scheer demanded an explanation from Justin Trudeau's government for "proactively reaching out" to 'Jihadi Jack,' a known ISIS fighter, to bring him to Canada.

“This government proactively reached out to try to bring this individual, who has fought with a terrorist organization, back to Canada. They took it upon themselves to reach out to bring this individual to Canada, why?” Scheer demanded.

Trudeau responded to Scheer’s questions broadly, stating that his government takes “with the utmost seriousness, the threats posed by travelling extremists.” According to previous reporting by Global News, Jack Letts, who is a Muslim convert, traveled to Syria in 2014, where he eventually earned the nickname “Jihadi Jack” in the British press. Letts is a British citizen, but obtained a Canadian citizenship through his father.

Democrats Produce Mobs, Republicans Produce Jobs

Donald Trump at Montana Rally.
Donald Trump: ‘Democrats Produce Mobs, Republicans Produce Jobs’. President Donald Trump shared a catchy slogan about the Congressional midterm elections on Thursday.

“The choice could not be more clear: Democrats produce mobs, Republicans produce jobs,” Trump said during a campaign rally in Montana. The crowd applauded and cheered with approval.

The president highlighted the Democrat effort to personally destroy Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh during the Senate confirmation battle. Trump said the protesters against Kavanaugh were “paid by Soros” and used professional signs in their rallies at the Supreme Court.

Mitch McConnell: Congress Should Not Pile-On ASSK

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Republican leader of the U.S. Senate said on Wednesday that civilian leader Aung San Suu Kyi remains the best hope for Myanmar and that it would not be helpful for Congress to join an international “pile-on” against her over a military crackdown on the country’s Rohingya Muslims.

“The pile-on has been quite obvious. It’s also noteworthy that it hasn’t done any good,” Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said in an interview with Reuters. “And I just don’t think joining that and further undercutting the best hope we have for genuine Burmese democracy in the future is good policy.”

The United States was a strong backer of Suu Kyi as she emerged in the 1980s as a pro-democracy icon who endured years of house arrest for standing up to military rule in Myanmar, also known as Burma, and was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. She and McConnell have had a close relationship for years, and he has an enduring interest in the country.

Khashoggi Was Still Alive As Saudis Started Cutting Him

Dissident Journalist Jamal Khashoggi was killed &
cut-up inside the Saudi Consulate in Istanbul.
Jamal Khashoggi's killing took seven minutes, Turkish source tells MEE: Middle East Eye publishes first details of audio tape acquired by Turkish investigators probing what happened to Saudi journalist.

Four Pillars Of US Consumer Debt In Danger Of Collapse

Last month I was in a series of high-level meetings with members of Congress and the Senate in Washington. While there’s been major news about the Supreme Court, my discussions were on something that both sides of the aisle are coming to consensus over.

You see, issues that impact your own bottom line are way more about economics than they are about politics. On Capitol Hill, leaders know that. They also know that voters react to what impacts their money. That’s why, behind the scenes, I’ve been discussing issues focused on protecting the economy.

Behind closed doors, we’ve been working on how to shield the economy from Too Big to Fail banks and how the U.S. can better fund infrastructure projects. These are initiatives that all politicians should care about.

Rohingya Cleansing:Target The Generals, Not The Lady

Army Chief Min Aung Hlaing is a life-long devout Buddhist.
Despite the outcry, Aung San Suu Kyi does not deserve most of the blame for the tragedy unfolding in Myanmar. The Nobel Foundation got it right.

The Foundation announced this month that it will not withdraw its 1991 Peace Prize award to Aung San Suu Kyi, despite the stampede by other groups to cancel the honors that they heaped on her when she was campaigning for democracy in Myanmar.

As the Nobel Foundation put it, it is “regrettable” that the laureate has not done more, now that she is the civilian leader of her country, to stop the violence against the Muslim Rohingya population in Myanmar. But her prize will not be withdrawn for two good reasons.

The Dark Side Of The Rohingya Muslims (Bengali Ilegals)

A UNHRC report has found Myanmar’s authorities responsible for “the gravest crimes under international law” against the Rohingya Muslim minority – crimes that led to a massive exodus to Bangladesh. The report concludes that the army must be investigated for genocide against the Rohingya.

This blunt condemnation of the Myanmar authorities does not correspond to solid intelligence data proving terror attacks by Rohingya’s ARSA militants against government assets and the killing of military and police personnel, as well as Buddhist citizens. Several conclusions of the UNHRC Mission ought to be revisited.

In her book Weapons of Mass Migration: Forced Displacement, Coercion and Foreign Policy (2010), Prof. Kelly M. Greenhill, a former US foreign policy consultant, argues that engineered migration is a strategy that has been used by governments and organizations as an instrument of persuasion in the international arena. In other words, manipulation of mass migration can be used as a weapon to exert pressure on governments for political ends.

China Used Spy Chips To Hack Biggest US Companies

The attack by Chinese spies reached almost 30 U.S. companies, including Amazon and Apple, by compromising America’s technology supply chain, according to extensive interviews with government and corporate sources.

In 2015, Amazon.com Inc. began quietly evaluating a startup called Elemental Technologies, a potential acquisition to help with a major expansion of its streaming video service, known today as Amazon Prime Video.

Based in Portland, Ore., Elemental made software for compressing massive video files and formatting them for different devices. Its technology had helped stream the Olympic Games online, communicate with the International Space Station, and funnel drone footage to the Central Intelligence Agency.

Elemental’s national security contracts weren’t the main reason for the proposed acquisition, but they fit nicely with Amazon’s government businesses, such as the highly secure cloud that Amazon Web Services (AWS) was building for the CIA.

Forced Child-marriages In Erdogan’s Islamic Turkey

How an Extremist Government Treats Girls and Women in Islamic Turkey: The scandal of the underage girls who gave birth was covered up by the administration of the hospital.

They failed to inform either the police or judicial officials -- even though they are obligated to do so by law and regulations when they discover a minor is pregnant or has been subjected to sexual abuse. Instead, the social worker who exposed the scandal, Iclal Nergiz, has been persecuted by the hospital and other authorities. An investigation has been launched against her.

Sexual abuse against children in Turkey increased by 700% in the 10 years to 2017, according to the Diyarbakir Bar Association. 440,000 children under the age of 18 have given birth since 2002, according to Turkey's Human Rights Association.

Imam Zaid: 80 Lashes To Dr Ford The Kavanugh Accuser

Imam Zaid Shakir demands 80 lashes given to Dr Ford for
accusing Judge Kavanaugh without 4 corroborating witnesses.
Leaving the American Muslim community aghast, prominent Islamist Imam Zaid Shakir invoked sharia law to vet sexual abuse cases, including that of Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh. Imam Zaid Shakir (center) helped lead the funeral service of boxing legend Muhammed Ali.

On Tuesday, October 2nd, 2018, the San-Francisco based Zaytuna college co-founder wrote a 1,300 word public Facebook post on his view of the Kavanaugh story. Nominee Kavanaugh participated in a public hearing last week alongside Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, a psychologist, who has accused Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her at a party over 30 years ago.

Over the last week, the Kavanaugh story has dominated the headlines and caught the attention and opinion of most Americans, including those who typically shy away from public opinion over hot button issues. In his Facebook post, Shakir cited sharia law rooted in Quranic scripture:

Is Female Genital Mutilation A Religious Right?

(Staff articles from The INDEPENDENT UK & WOMEN IN THE WORLD in 2017.)

Female genital mutilation is a religious right, claim lawyers in first US case on the practice after two Indian-American doctors and one of their wives charged with subjecting two seven-year-old girls to genital cutting.

Defence lawyers will argue female genital mutilation is a religious right in the first ever federal case on the practice in the US. Two Detroit doctors and one of their wives have been charged with subjecting two seven-year-old girls to genital cutting.

The defendants are part of a religious and cultural community called Dawoodi Bohra, an Islamic sect based in India, which is accused of practicing FGM. It is the first federal case of its kind in the US, where FGM was banned in 1996.

Dr Jumana Nargarwala, 44, is alleged to have carried out the practice on young children for 12 years. Dr Fakhruddin Attar, 53, is accused of letting Nargarwala use his clinic to carry out the procedure, while his wife Farida Attar, 50, is accused of holding the hands of at least two victims during the cutting procedures to comfort them. They were charged with conspiracy, female genital mutilation and aiding and abetting.

Islamic Canada Strips ASSK Of Honorary Citizenship

(Staff articles from The GUARDIAN & BBC on 28 September 2018.)

Bangladesh's Sheikh Hasina Vs Burma's ASSK.
Canadian MPs vote to strip Aung San Suu Kyi of honorary citizenship: The symbolic vote by Canadian legislators is in response to crimes committed against the Rohingya Muslim minority in Myanmar.

Canada’s PM Trudeau told reporters this week that he was open to looking at stripping Aung San Suu Kyi of the citizenship honour. Canadian politicians have voted unanimously to strip Myanmar’s civilian leader Aung San Suu Kyi of her honorary citizenship in response to crimes committed against the Rohingya minority.

The move by the House of Commons lower chamber has no effect because honorary citizenship is conferred by a joint resolution of both the House and the upper Senate chamber and officials say it must be removed the same way. Suu Kyi received hers in 2007.

How Champions Of The Poor Become Socialist Tyrants

In a free society, income and wealth gaps are driven by variations in skill, knowledge, talents, independence, creativity, drive, and willingness to take risks. People who are satisfied with safe and secure occupations — like economics professor, school teacher, nurse, dentist or tax return preparer — expect to have much less wealth and income than risk-taking individuals who successfully capitalize on splendid ideas that result in products and services that benefit all of society.

In this system, quantity, quality, and prices are determined by the demand and supply of goods and services.

The diagram below depicts one of many markets. The good or service being exchanged could be homes, X-rays, bank reserves, hours of low-skilled labor needed, tickets to Solo: A Star Wars Story, or, in this case, smartphones.

Demand (the blue line) and supply (the red line) meet at the purple point. Assuming a free market system of no taxes, subsidies, price controls, regulations, prohibitions, government ownership, etc., 150 smartphones are produced and sold to 150 consumers at a price of $700.
