Fall of Nam-San: LID-101’s Total Wipeout

(Based on Ye Lin Thu’s posts from the FACEBOOK on 18 December 2023)

Corpses of LID-101 HQ Staff.
One of the biggest outposts of Myanmar Army in the Shan-north town of Nam-San has fallen into the hands of Chinese-backed Northern Alliance rebels on December-15 after weeks-long fighting.

The rebels has basically wiped out LID-101 after killing the divisional CO and HQ staff officers by a concentrated drone attack. LID-101 based at the middle-Burma city of Pa-khoke-ku was airlifted into Nam-San just recently as the urgent reinforcement to stop the relentless tides of Northen Alliance armies.

Equipped with four 105-mm howitzers and multiple tanks LID-101 had two light infantry battalions LIB-254 and LIB-258 defending the strategic town. But the concentrated drone bombardments and heavy weapon assaults overwhelmed the defenders and rebels’ human wave attacks finally sealed the horrid fate of town defenders in the late afternoon of December-15.

Divisional CO of LID-101 Brigadier-General Min Min Htun, Battalion COs of LIB-254 & LIB-258 Major Kyaw Thu Htwe and Lt-Colonel Nyein Chan, and Police-Chief of Nam-San Police-Colonel Htun Soe Thein were all reportedly killed. Myanmar Air Force as usual had retaliated bitterly by carpet bombing the town after the devastating battle.

(Blogger’s Notes: China’s ambitious plan to secure the backdoor access to Indian Ocean through Burma and protect the crucial Trans-Burma crude-oil and natural-gas pipelines is being rapidly implemented through her puppet armies of Northern Alliance rebels. Unbelievably-Stupid Min Aung Hlaing has been royally fucked in the arse by his puppet-master Shi Jenpeng of China.

China’s next step obviously is to take control of the border region in Shan-North by positioning a PLA division from Yunan as the peace-keeping force there and then declaring a 10 miles strip of No-Fly-Zone from the border line to stop Myanmar Air Force from carpet bombing the region.

Some Chinese PLA officers are being seen already on the hills around soon-to-be-captured Lauk-Kai City and marking targets for their long-range artillery across the border in the case of stupid Myanmmar army attacking the Northern Alliance positions there in near future.)
