Communications between the War Office at
Nay-pyi-daw and Na-Pa-Kha the Western Military Command at Ann town has been cut-off,
and the rumours are that Na-Pa-Kha has fallen, and AA the Arakan Army has
liberated Ann the fortified military town in the Arakan State of Burma.
The concerned parents of a young Army-Sergeant-Clerk
serving at the Na-Pa-Kha in Ann told Khit Thit Media that they had daily email
and telephone contacts with their son till October-25, but on October-26 and 27
it was extremely difficult, and then on October-28 it was completely cut-off,
and when they contacted the Nay-pyi-daw
War Office they were simply denied access.
Na-Pa-Kha at Ann has been under-siege for nearly four months and the Divisional CO Major-General Kyaw Zwar Oo seems to have fled to Sittwe where the Arakan State Chief-Minister Htein Lin has been taking refuge since the current AA offensive started last year. AA has now taken twelve townships out of all seventeen townships in Arakan State.

Na-Pa-Kha with his life till he dies, the Divisional CO Major-General Kyaw Zwar
Oo is now hiding in Sittwe together with his family of five after abandoning his
men and his post. He is now seeking a people-smuggling boat for him and his
family to get to Malaysia, and then to Thailand.
He seems to believe he did make enough black-money (nearly US$ 20 millions) from his notorious corruption and thus recently bought three 5-bedders luxury condominiums in the Thai City Pathum Tani for his retirement. One condo for the family to live in and two condos to rent out to live on in Thailand. His son has already been sent to Singapore to attend a university there and thus to obtain an Employment Pass after the graduation and eventually a Permanent Residency in Singapore.
If the rumours of Ann liberation are true, the
Na-Pa-Kha the Western Divisional Military Command will become the second
divisional military command fallen to the resistance forces after the loss of
Ya-Ma-Kha the Northeastern Divisional Military Command at Lashio City in Shan
State North to MNDAA the Kokang Army.
Myanmar Army’s dictatorial days are almost over,
even if China is still supporting that mad dictator Min Aung Hlaing and his
crazy Myanmar generals. Unless Chinese President Xi is stupid enough to send in
his nuclear-armed PLA divisions across the border and annex Burma to become
one of its ethnic provinces like Tibet and Uyghur Land.

required permission from China, they just simply told him that if he let China plant free massive banyan trees right at the middle of that highway, they would let
Americans build their free highway. Of course, soon after hearing China's reply, Americans immediately withdrew
